What does the narrator mean by the " Moving of th' earth brings harms and fears; Men reckon what it did, and meant; But trepidation of the spheres, Though greater far, is innocent." ?
I think it means that the woman he is speaking to shoudn't be afraid of things bigger than her that she doesn't understand (moving of the earth or heavenly spheres). They are natural, harmless, and cannot be stopped.
